Brainstorming orders of contributors & order of contributions in the table

Following a discussion in #225, this issue is to collect different options on how to order the contributors in the table.

* The **default behaviour** is to add a new contributor to the end of the list.
* We could put the contributors in alphabetical order by last name... or by first name or github id if first and last names aren't available.
* We could randomise the table every time a new person is added to the list.
* We could put people in a random order and then slot new contributors in at random positions as they're added
* You could imagine trying to cluster types of contributions together - a blog team, a docs team, a review team....this might be pretty tough to do but would highlight the different types of contributions by grouping them together.

What other options do you like? Happy to collect more here!

I've updated this issue to include a discussion of the order of the contributions.

I have a preference for the emojis to appear in a fixed order - maybe in the order listed in the emoji key? I think that makes it easier to scan across and see who's completing what types of contributions!

* For example: 💻📖🤔👀 | 💻🤔 | 🐛👀 | 🐛💻🤔
* Rather than: 💻👀📖🤔 | 🤔💻 | 👀🐛 | 🐛🤔💻

The latter case is the current behaviour (I think) and will happen if you add new contribution types in the order that a person completes them.
