Add option for graph to be truly representative of time

Currently, we don't add a new row to the db if the tab count has not changed from the last interval. This means if you leave your computer for a few days, and then open a new tab, the "few days" is invisible in the graph.

Maybe it would be nice to have a true graph of tabs over time?
