Since building apps with the ARC-4 ABI is now available in PyTeal, we should consider removing the non-ABI examples from our docs site. They can be replaced with the algobank ABI-compliant example app.
We can retain the examples in the repo, but they should be removed from the docs site so that it's clear the ABI should be preferred.
