Install and setup Plex Media Server

**Objective**
Install and configure Plex Media Server within the HomeLab environment to enable centralized media streaming and management.

**Tasks**
- Research the best method to install Plex (Docker, native package, etc.)
- Install Plex Media Server on the main server
- Configure storage locations and media libraries
- Set up remote access and user authentication
- Test streaming and device compatibility

**Acceptance Criteria**
- Plex is installed and accessible on the local network
- Media libraries are detected and organized correctly
- Remote streaming is functional (if enabled)
