Allow uploading to draft releases

Hello again! I notice that when trying to upload to a draft release, upload-assets exits with a "Not Found" error, as seen here: https://github.com/Kansattica/msync/runs/1359949733?check_suite_focus=true

Would it be possible to either have the action also look for draft releases with the proper tag or allow it to take the upload url that create-release provides? Thank you again!
