Making New Predictions Later

Has anyone built out a script to save the needed models and files and load them up later to make predictions and provide heatmapping on new responses? If so,which models and files would need to be saved out? I tried saving out both model with weights and model without weights and re-loading them to re-build the analyzer, but I came up with an error saying the file object had no attribute layers, which is not accurate.
