Hello Alan,
I like `markdown-pdf`, it's very easy to use. However, I found a little issue that some code words are bold which are unexpected...
When I input `a.md` like this:
```
su
settings put global airplane_mode_on 1
echo hotspot
```
but the output file [a.pdf](https://github.com/alanshaw/markdown-pdf/files/2322143/a.pdf) contains 2 bold words: **settings** and **hotspot** , I don't know why...
PS: I'm using markdown-pdf 9.0.0 with node v8.11.4 in Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS (64-bit)
