CSS not applied

Hello

The customCSS and even the pdf.css in the module is not applied.

I checked the content of ```childArgs``` and it refers to the appropriate css (pdf.css or custom according to calling options).

I even changed the pdf.css in ```node_modules/markdown-pdf/css```:
```
body {
font-size: 90px;
}
```
with no impact on the generated PDF.

Any idea someone?
