Can't turn certain actions into toggles rather than press and holds.

Description
Minecraft Forge 1.20.1, in previous versions of Parcool, you could switch between 'Press and Hold' and 'Toggle'
I liked turning Fast Run and Crawl to a toggle but now I can't do that with this previous version.
I'm I just missing the UI screen under a specific section or is this something you guys removed?
