Can enter a fast run while in the air

**Summary**
The player can fast run while floating in the air; this doesn't make sense and breaks some mods

**Running Environment**
+ Minecraft Version: Neoforge 1.21.1
+ ParCool Version: 3.4.3.3

**Detail**
Easy to repro using the Gliders mod. When the player is gliding, he can sprint. This makes the player glide faster, consume stamina, and enter a running animation (which the gliding mod cannot prevent, because it doesn't know about it).

Repro Steps:
1. Install Parcool mod
2. Install Gliders mod
3. Obtain any glider and equip it to the back or chest slot
4. Jump off a cliff and press space to begin gliding
5. Press sprint, then press fast run

RESULT: The player is fast running while gliding
