First-person hand animations

There is (#Enable first-person-view animation) in the client settings file. This setting removes the animation of hands from the first person, but at the same time the animation of camera rotation, although initially turns can be disabled by the settings immediately following this line. I need a setting that will disable only first-person hand animation.
