Filter Column Editor List based on Selection of another Editor List

Hello.

I have a table where I am listing categories, and based on the selection of the category, the list on another column (types) should be populated. Is there any way we can achieve this using settings?

We can we refresh setting for a table or we have any onChange() methods available?

Please help on this one. Thanks in advance.
