filters not resetting

Description
Hello,
This table works just fine as it should be.
But when i use some filters and do some action and reopen the table, THE PREVIOUS APPLIED FILTERS are being applied as it is.
The Filters should be reset every time and table must be displayed as default(without any filters).
But I'm getting nothing on how to reset the filters. Anyone PLEASE HELP!!!
