ServerDataSource window delay

The window scroll is terribly slow when loading data with ServerDataSource (and it's not an Api problem because data is loaded almost immediately. The problem is caused by this loop:

**[Violation] 'requestAnimationFrame' handler took 142ms**
**[Violation] 'requestAnimationFrame' handler took 72ms**

It's visibile if the Console filter is in *verbose* mode. It seems like in some way, ng2-smart-table is calling this requestAnimationFrame inside a loop, causing an terrible delay to the whole window.

Is there a way to remove it from outside the source code? If not, please fix it
