NbMenuItem link error

### Issue description

**Current behavior:**

When I set the URL with query string param to NbMenuItem it converts question mark to %3F and Equal mark(=) to %3D
then the url becomes incorrect and doest navigate to the components
**Expected behavior:**

URL should be like this http://domain.com/?param=555
**Steps to reproduce:**

set NbMenuItem programmatically to a url like: http://domain.com/?param=555
then try to click it
