Descrizione
Implement the functionality within dwh-prefs to trigger and manage the diagnosis script:
* Create a wrapper to execute the diagnosis script on demand
* Ensure the execution remains performant (target < 20s)
* Handle script exit codes and capture stdout/stderr for the support payload
* Ensure execution is restricted to authenticated system contexts
