UI properties configuration

In parent ticket, we try to add a method to change aktin.properties in the admin ui. For completing the task, we need options to handle properties and manage wildfly, which exist in this projet.

Following features need to be done:
- Loading / Writing aktin.properties
- Creating and loading backups of aktin.properties
- Restarting the Wildfly server
