Improve Display of Rejected Series Requests to Enhance Usability of the Request List

As a physician or emergency department leader, I need a clear and manageable view of incoming requests so I can quickly assess and approve or reject them. Currently, series requests remain listed even if not approved, which clutters the request list—especially with large volumes of recurring requests, like daily RKI requests. To address this, series requests should be grouped or collapsible, allowing users to manage them more easily and maintain an overview of incoming requests.
