Endpoint: Set rules for non aktin.properties preferences

The Admin UI displays more than the preferences in the aktin.properties file, but also shows properties of the Wildfly configuration files. The Question is what to do with them, because some would be helpful to be changed through the UI (like local ip, because of network interface problems and emails having the wrong ip in their link).
