Emergency Department Data Dashboard

Following the example of https://gallery.shinyapps.io/050-kmeans-example/ a emergency department (ED) data dashboard shall be added to the DWH. Users should be able to independently set filters for medical data from the `i2b2` database.

The graphs should dynamically update based on the selected filters. Additionally, multiple tabs should be available, each containing different graphs representing various data aspects from the dataset.

A first prototype shall be created to check feasability and further requirements.
