`UI` : Input validation for properties configuration

To implement the function to edit the aktin.properties from the UI, a validation of input values is requested. It will validate if properties put in the UI are valid. At the moment each time a input field is exited, it checks, if the value inside is correct by sending a request to the backend. The question is, should the validation happen in the frontend to reduce data traffic?
