During package updates, WildFly enters a failed state requiring manual restart despite correct configuration. The update-agent (d7c145bda42e13a5057647d7182a8424340c1c54) currently works around this with manual systemctl commands.
Investigation is needed in debian packages (i2b2/dwh) to:
- Identify why WildFly becomes unhealthy
- Ensure proper service state after updates
- Remove workaround from updateagent
