Double connections for Docker

When a docker DWH sends a request to the tcp socket of the update agent, two connections are listed there. A brief investigation showed possible problems in dockers internal network handling.

In this example the DWH webpage calls reloadAptPackages. A Debian DWH triggers the socket 3 times but Docker DWH triggers it 6 times. For better visualisation i got the last operation logs to clearly see the real number of incoming requests.
