The current API endpoint for managing API keys is `/api-keys`. However, according to our routing structure, it should be namespaced under `/broker`, meaning `/broker/api-keys`. The affected class is only `broker-auth-local/src/main/java/org/aktin/broker/auth/apikey/ApiKeyManagementEndpoint.java`.
