Description

Write a bash script that searches for _missing tables_ and _incorrect deployment format_ (local or docker).

## Feature: Missing tables
This script should be used before creating and after applying a data warehouse backup file, or just independantly for integrity checking purposes.
These checks work by mapping the database against a list of required tables. Map tables on their name and structure.

## Feature: Incorrect deployment format
Between a local and a dockerized deployment exist differences inside the database. Currently the relevant table breaking a deployment overarching database migration is the table "i2b2pm.pm_cell_data", that contains references to the i2b2 services. A local data warehouse points to a "localhost"-wildfly path while dockerized deployments point to a docker container running wildfly:
