An Update on the Future

Hey team,

You may have noticed that I haven't published any new updates or replied to issues/PRs for some time. I'm no longer actively involved in the react-native community as my day-to-day work has shifted, and I no longer have the time to keep this library up to date.

You would already know that I'm not the "admin" of this repo (just have write access), that's still @aksonov, so I'm unable to assign permissions of this repo.

This issue mainly serves to inform you all of the expectations.
