Card visibility

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to do card vertically as it seems to be horizontal and add hover effect on card.
also in contact container it not looks properly on light theme.
and footer color look different from whole website .

I want to apply flex direction column for card content and hover effect on it.
and box shadow to contact container to looks proper in light theme also.
I want to add color matches to that website theme.
