Change Hover Color On Navbar

In navbar if we hover on any element then it change the color but that color combination with navbar color not much suitable. It is nearly same as the navbar color.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I want to change the color when we hover on navbar element's.
I want to change navbar hover color rgb(237 224 211) to rgb(255 128 2).
