**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/'
2. Click on **'Blogs'** Option
3. Scroll down to **'Bottom Scroll Icon Option'**
4. See error on **Blogs page, Scrolling Behavior is Not Much Smooth**

**Expected behavior**
- **`Improve Scrolling behavior from Bottom to Top in Blogs Page`**
