**Issue**
Add changes in Pet News page to make it responsive.
**Feature**
I would like to add some CSS and HTML to the page so that it would become more user engaging and convincing.
**Changes**
I would like to change text alignments and also some more features.
**Current behavior**
**Page is not responsive in smaller screen**
**Desired Behavior**
I will add more features to this page also.
I want to work on this issue.
