Need small change in donate animal section

**Describe the bug**
A clear and concise description of what the bug is....
On hovering submit button it expanded unusually. It need to be changed more attractively. Also we can improve the UI of that form .

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'donate Animal page'
2. hover on submit button.

**Expected behavior**
Submit btn should expand only a little with some additional animations.
