**Describe the bug**
The "contact us" button does not do anything, when clicked from the "blogs" and "pet news page"
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to blogs or pet news page.
2. Click on 'contact us'.
3. We are Not Directed to the form.
**Expected behavior**
Clicking on the 'CONTACT US' button, we should be directed to the form on the 'HOME' page.
