**Describe the bug**
the Pet News page is not responsive for mobile screens
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Pet News' page
2. Scroll down to 'news container'
4. See error
**Expected behavior**
The text should not break and overflow.
