Social media buttons not functional,

social media icons in the footer are not responsive
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'homepage'
2. Click on 'social media icon'
3. Scroll down to 'bottom'
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
It must open social media pages
