Adding a async function to handle the form submission in adopt.html

Yes, the proposed feature is related to a problem. When we click the submit button the code runs synchronously. Then it redirects to a different page.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I want to add an async function to handle the form submission and get the feedback right below the submit button. It will enhance the UI and UX as well.
