Add rating and feedback system

Emergency services that your website provide may not be of the standards the the dog owners may want.

After providing the service, they can provide their valuable feedback and rate our services for improvement next time and also attract customers by our good reviews

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I have two designs for feedback. One is star rating and other is area of improvement and description. I am willing to work on any of the one you feel is more suitable for your website.
