Position and style of navigation arrows on rejuvenate page

**Description:**

This issue proposes an enhancement to the current swipe navigation arrows ("<" and ">").

**Reason for Change:**

The current position of the arrows are slightly on the upper side . Also when we click on the arrows , there is no any transition for the cards below navigation arrows , which makes it quite unattractive .

**Current Styling:**

Swipe navigation arrows are slightly on the upper side and the cards which are changing when we click on those arrows does not have any fade transition.

**Proposed Styling:**

We can move swipe navigation arrows to the middle of those cards and can add the fade transition effect.
