Installing the dependencies for Facial_Biometric could be simpler

Create requirements.py file and install it using this command

>pip install requirements.txt

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Another thing that can be done is automating all the 5 commands including creating venv and installing dependencies
This will make the project easier to set up
Just a single line setup command that creates venv and installs all dependencies

I would like to contribute to this project
