How to avoid unnecesarry margins in multiple rows

Hi!,

I am trying to create multiple row and want the items to use a gap of 16px, I use some padding but I dont want it to be applied to the left and right of the container cos as you can see it is not aligned to the left with the title same thing to the right of the container due to the padding, here what i mean:
