Slide Breaks when children clicked


The slides should be one according to the screen size, but whenever a input, button or link is clicked while or before a slide happens; the carousel breaks and try to fit in two slides or even not following its display order.

I've been trying to fix this for almost 3 days now, by trying various settings but unfortunately its never fixed.

Any suggestion on what to do or why is it doing that?
