Clicking custom paging elements randomly puts the focus on the button or on it's children

If you use customPaging with a button containing a span, clicking it will sometimes put the focus on the button, sometimes on the span.
Behavior has been replicated here: https://codesandbox.io/s/react-slick-playground-forked-zbiyz
Randomly clicking on the buttons will sometimes show the outline, sometimes not.
