Arrow click restarts carousel

since this is the last React carousel I'll ever need it should have all the features I need

at present I have `pauseOnHover: true`, which means that if the user moves the mouse over the carousel, it stops sliding. good. but if the user clicks on one of the arrows, the carousels starts autosliding again! no good!!

if I'm clicking, I want to be in control. I don't want that thing sliding off from under me. so the autoslide should only be turned back on once the user stops hovering over the carousel

I hope the above is clear as to what the problem is and why it should behave differently
