TabIndex clones with "infinite: true" causes obvious issue

There is no way to maintain useful and relevant tabIndex values inside slides if we also want to be able to infinitely scroll. Even if you try to limit tab-able items to the current slide, you will hit the slick-cloned slide at the end.
