`adaptiveHeight` and `responsive` are too unstable

I've implemented 5 sliders using this library all with different styles and contents and I've never got `adaptiveHeight` to work. Even if there is only one slider per page. As for `responsive`... Sometimes I can get it to work, sometimes I can't and I can't tell why. There is something going on with these two features, because everything else works so well. And both are so essential :(
