Sometimes there is no Audio in a downloaded video

I'm sorry I couldn't find the steps of reproduction but out of a bunch of videos I have downloaded, there is a 5% chance that the audio is not included in the final output. The fix was to just download the video again. So something is causing it to malfunction.
