[BUG] <title>How to scroll up in toggleterm

### Current Behavior

Ok,im new.
I cant scroll up using in toggleterm, when i want to see old outputs.and mouse scroll not working.
im using magickeyboard and cannot test PageUp/PageDown key.
i tried float and tab mode,and search google ,no help

please help me ,i really like this plugin.

my config is quite simple

### Expected Behavior

use c-u/c-d to scroll toggleterm

### Steps To Reproduce

1. mac ,item
2. open toggleterm
3. cat some file to get contents more than a screen buffer
4. use c-u/c-d to scroll
