[Question] How to properly use TermNew

The doc says that we can create new terminal without worry about counting. For example, I have a mapping `tn` in which I want to create new horizontal terminal. However I don't want to deal with counting. Is there a way to do this without a custom function that generate random numbers? Maybe `TermNew` command (that doesn't work at all)
