[Feature Request]: Help getting buffer list for an idea of usage with Harpoon v2

### What?

Hi there,

I am looking to get some help for an idea I had but am not sure how to implement. Essentially what I want to do is to get access to the current list of buffers visible & there current order, so that I can mark them in harpoon.

Basically I want open up some buffers, re-order them, and then mark them in harpoon for easier navigation :)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
