[Feature] Do not force delete buffers by default

Sorry but in what world is having a new user being a single mouse click away from accidentally deleting their unsaved buffer changes considered a "preferred default"? The statement is making a wild assumption that every vim user prefers having an autosave that constantly writes to their disk. And even in the specific scenario where autosave *is* enabled, the forced deletion is *completely* unnecessary because the buffer is *already* saved automatically and there won't be unsaved changes in the first place.
