[Feature Request]: Support multiple lines for showing buffers

### What?

Support multiple lines for showing buffers

### Why?

Sometimes when you use vertical screens whose height is much larger than the width, the line that shows buffers can only show several buffers due to the small width. It would be better if we can use multiple lines to show buffers rather than just using 1 line.
